Brad Kisela asked Scannamania to fix 1 of 2 scanners for him. He sent us 2, bartered 1 and we were to return 1 working. Brad payed 50$ deposit on a 115$ transaction, Brads scanner was shipped back in May. Brad Kisela was to send us another 65$ to finalize the transaction. He refused and said he never got the scanner. We then took the bartered scanner, rebuilt it, and asked him to pay his balance of 65$ and we would send it.instead, he got the Attorney generals of 2 states and the BBB after us, he made all kinds of threats involving police, IRS, FBI, CIA, Girl Guides of America, Ghost Busters, etc to get his scanner back.
It got so involved we simply sent back the second scanner, we sent another scanner to cover the first one he said he never got, then we refunded him his down payment of 50$. Brad Kisela got back 3 scanners vice 2, and 1 was repaired, He also got back his 50$ deposit.
