My son's birthday just passed and he asked me for an Xbox kinect, wanting to surprise him I ordered from Safe National of America and have it delivered on the day of my son's birthday. Because I wanted to surprise my son, I planned him to be the one to open the door and receive the package. The day before the big day I was talking to their customer service and they assured me that the package will be delivered. They assured me, even told me that I have nothing to worry about. But the day came but no package. I called the customer service after waiting the whole day for it and they said that they understood that it was to be delivered the day after and even insist that that's what we talked about and agreed upon. I was sure that was not it and demanded for the customer service personnel that I have talked with the other day. But they can't give me her. So I told them to keep the Xbox and I want my money back. I took my son to the nearest store with Xbox. The plans I went through for nothing. They are not really reliable. I hated the way I had to watch my sons disappointments throughout the day.
