Delivery FAILED

I ordered a Nokia 2330 at Safe National of America and was
expecting a delivery four days after. To my disappointment, not a delivery came
to my doorstep. I have phoned in the company and it says that the delivery
had to be postponed for the fort night
because of the inconvenient weather. That's odd. Considering my place is just
about 45 minutes drive from the store and the weather looks perfectly fine at
that time. Reasoning that there had been strong rains that have made the roads
slippery, I gave them a chance at it,
although you might say I'm really annoyed by the fact that they have not
informed me of the late shipping beforehand. Another night came and no
delivery. What would have to be the next
reason of inconvenience that such an easy task is almost impossible for them to
achieve? Because I was furious I drove all the way to the store and with the
more irritating fact that it was sunny in their place, I barged into the store
steaming with overwhelming anger and frustration. So I came to talk with sales
assistant, turned me over to the manager only to get the worst excuses. The
shipping vessel had a problem all the way to my place, blah. The only thing I'm
very angry about is that how could they have not informed or notified me. I've
lost my faith in the store.
