I requested a component and also have never gotten it. Our charge card was billed your day of the online purchase. I've quit 2 telephone messages and 2 e-mail messages and today the voice-mail package is complete and certainly will take-no more communications. The cost was under $50, therefore my charge card business won't act-on it - I suppose Exceptional Door Components understands this. They've an Y BBB score with several grievances not really answered to by them.
