I purchased a PIN# for a prepaid service and somebody in the shop used it before I could. NO ONE else knew it and they're the only ones who had seen it or can access it in their computer. NO refund

I went here and paid cash for a prepaid service PIN number. The next day I tried to add the PIN to my number and it had already been used! It is impossible for anyone else to have used it because the receipt was in my pocket the whole time. I went back to the store and was told there is nothing I can do because it was used after purchase and not before. The phone number it was applied to isn't even the same area code as mine. Filed a report with corporate and am awaiting reply. Very fishy place, stay away!
