I sent in 2 phones for the amount stated and I have not heard a thing that was 3 weeks ago Staten Island

I sent in 2 phones to pic inc cash for phones and I have not heard a thing and was suppose to recieve 30.00 for the phones and then today I got on to look up company and this report pops up so I am reporting also I think I got ripped off
