I purchased the (initial one) SS-700 coffee machine in April. It ended heat water around. 2 mos. Later. Required it back again to Sleep & Shower who changed it; I'm today about the fifth... Yes fifth one, each one having completed the same point. After I contact Cuisinart Customer Support I get nowhere. I expected to get a quantity for corporate and was informed there is 'no body there to speak with'. The corporation stinks. I'll never purchase another item of theirs!!
