Equipment smart
I've always wanted a maytag washer and had heard exactly what a wonderful item these were in the commericals on tv. The maytag brand happens to be around since i have was old enough to remember and was always the most effective you can ever own.
On october 23 i purchased a maytag washer and dryer from equipment wise at 2620 sawmill palce blvd. Columbus, ohio43235,614-336-2722. The washer and dryer was delivered on october 26, that we needed to remove work with the delivery. The washer was bought right from the box. Because the delivery, i've had my machine trickle in the first-time i employed it. It leaks in to a large pond on my laundry room ground. It has been a headache. It doesn’t issue if it’s a little or large weight. I've named equipment wise many times and spoke with the sales manager that i purchased the appliance from and he's repeatedly send me to maytag as well as his store manager. After i contact maytag (boss-rich roberts-customer support-worker # 5301)-1-800-344-1274- they (maytag) relates me back again to applaince wise which has been happening for all weeks since i have bought the devices. No body wants to take responsibility for promoting me a faulty equipment.
I've had fix out twice in 1 week. On the other hand a 3rd time that they said they'd to order a component. I'd to remove from work to get a technician come for the 4th time for you to (thus-phone) restore the machine. Therefore far. The machine hasn't released. However the problem is i don't want this machine or any product from either equipment wise or maytag. Their reputation went down the drain and that i don’t trust them or their items. I'd told equally appiance wise and maytag that i needed my money back and they could come obtain equipment.
I've missed work and classes that i undertake saturday days. No body has described the things they could do for me since i have have lost money and time with this. I've had this equipment significantly less than per month and repair has been out here 4 occasions.
No body should must undergo what i did so. I'll never get another product from equipment wise or perhaps a maytag manufacturer actually!
Time period:
10/27/10-named salesman-equipment smart-matt penfound and complained about machine dripping. Explained to call money city application. Fix.
11/1/10-technician arrives from capital city application. Restore-technician says he gets lots of complaints about these kind of washers and they all flow. Technician leaves -machine still leaks.
11/6/10-technician from capital city application. Fix arrives went period with outfits-machine still leaks.
11/8/10-speak with salesman at applaince wise stated he'd speak with his store manager and return with me. Salesman named and said they needed to send fix out again
11/15/10-store manager named (don) he explained all they could do is send another fix person out. I told him to come and have the washer which i needed my money back he just talked over me. I tried to describe the machine hasbeen dripping from day one but he'd not pay attention to my clarification. I told the store director, think about your 100% cash back guaranteed on the site? He didn’t state a word…….
11/22/10-became popular work to meet up technician. Awaiting appliance wise to call me.
