I think it is interesting that Dyson has emerge having a dog hair connection, contemplating my machine recently started gathering hair within the gear division which leads to the machine overheating and closing down. I have had cleaners for 30 years and also have never had an issue such as this.
Because of The gathering hair round the gear, I am compelled to choose the hair from the area to get a half hour program before every use. I named Dyson and described my issue - and was known the neighborhood guarantee store, where the technician/operator belittled me and charged me of intentionally destroying my machine. He declined to check out it but insisted that there's nothing wrong withit. I am unsure why he'd inform me that there is nothing wrong with it, after which accuse me of misusing it. He explained that he gets lots of enterprise from Dyson and he is not concerned about whether I protest towards the organization.
I wrote a contact to Dyson but have not obtained an answer back. IMHO they are so hectic attempting to create and market that they do not benefit their clients, or do they help their goods. I not just WOn't purchase another Dyson item, but I am also moving the term about both Dyson and also the repair center. I lost thousands on the product that just washes when the ground has already been clear and also the organization pops up having a dog hair item?
Laughable. I would like my $300 back, please.
