Aiseesoft is an elusive name only company where all operators are apparently informed not to disclose any company information. Repeated requests for voice communication, address (contact information) etc achieved no results with this company. They sell a bundled software product, in this case, which was suppose to transfer files to Apples iPhone. The software failed to perform as advertised.
Numerous email exchanges occured from 8-10-10 to 8-29-10 in an effort to get a refund, in whole or in part.
This company is shady at best. None of the representatives provide their names or contact information. EVERYTHING they do is done online. Eventually, after numerous attempts to recover some funds, with no one to contact physically, I gave up. 45.00 USD down the tubes. AFTER all the complaining and with no results, aiseesoft placed an information titled "Refunds" on their support page. (http://www.aiseesoft.com/refund-policy.html It just so happens to include that if you buy an item from them that is being offered as a trialware, they will not refund your money if it doesnt work! REDICULOUS!
This complaint is being filed to inform potential buyers to beware of this company and to inform you of their shady buisness tactics. After being online for 15 years, and conducting buisness with integrity and honesty, Aiseesoft is one company you should avoid.
