As soon as I found out they are going to take 2-3 days to ship the order, I called and canceled the order, he said, sure no problem, I also verified it with an e-mail. Even though the order was cancelled they still charged my credit card. I called them and they said they will refund me immediately, next day I noticed they are trying to make a second charge on my account for exact same amount. I contacted my credit card bank and was able to stop them to make the second charge. Finally I filed a claim through Google check out and they credit back my money as Xerin failed to respond within 5 days. Please be advised that just because a live person answers your call, or there appears to be an address posted online, that you are necessarily going to get what you ordered or a refund.
This is a new company and no body has posted a rating on them except me. I gave them a 1 out of 5 as 0 was not available.
