This company and site are authorizing and running Illegal raffles in all states. It is illegal to run such raffles... People are not getting their items, and if you complain, you get threats... Also they tell you right on the website, how to bypass PAYPAL so that you can send PAYPAL funds for the raffles. They are ripping people off.
