I requested the prepaid package in the month of may and I immediately sent my phone back in the prepaid box. I checked the website in the month of june and they valued my phone at $40.00. The estimated amount was 50 and there was nothing wrong with my phone. The website says that my phone was received, looked at and is processed. The company promises quick payment but, it has almost been 4 months and I have sent several emails to the company and haven't received any response back or payment.
