I was just going over my voice mails this morning. All my old voice mails I had saved were being reviewed & I was re saving them. I deleted one, there was a pause of about 5 seconds then the voice mails that I had saved previous to this year were gone... ERASED! I phoned Verizon, they said "I'm so sorry, there's nothing we can do to retrieve them". I did not erase them, a glitch in their system did! A will NEVER be able to hear those messages again and there's not a damn thing I can do about it. There is NO recourse!
