I purchased my phone from a independent dealer named idigitel.com, in a booth in our pacific view mall here in ventura, ca. The kid was 16 or 17 years old selling me the phone. I talked to him 3 times before i even considered signing up for this service.

I asked him repeatedly if the mobile to mobile minuets service would work with verizon wireless service. He told me "yes, because verizon wireless is the carrier that you would be signed up with." he even wrote this on the back of a flier that he gave me, which i still have. There was a girl standing next to him and she obviously was under the same impression.

More than 90 percent of my calls were to verizon wirless customers, and all of there calls recieved from me and made to me were credited to there mobile to mobile minuets. Now i have a bill of $1,148.58. Which i just paid off yesterday. And reading thru everybody complaints of them not recieving payments makes me very nervous.

I turned the service off 5 months ago. Which they charged me a $200.00 disconnect fee. When i was getting my calls dropped all the time but was never accounted for. I have been talking to the customer service reps. And they are all very rude. I have been hung up on three times by three different "supervisors" everytime i call i am on hold for at least 30-40 minuets.

I have even faxed in the flier that the salesman gave me with his initials on it, they just tell me its not on a legal document of theres so they can't honor it.

The booth in the mall is no longer there. The kid that was working there walked into my friends work and said that all the workers were walking out because all of their pay checks were bouncing. They left everything there. I

Have looked for the kid around town, and called information for his last name. Still nothing. The mall has no information on them because they went bankrupt. Mci keeps telling me that i need to go back to the place i purchased the phone from, and talk to the sales man.

They don't care what i am telling them. Then a month ago, i called up and a "supervisor" told me that mobile to mobile was not written in my contract and that they can't honor it, but it is automatically included in the minuet plan i signed up for, but they can determin if i rejected that offer.

Everytime that i called they were supposed to be "noting" my account to not send to colllections, but now i have been in for over 120 days. I even had one supervisor named jerome, tell me not to pay anything on my account until this is settled, and that mci is working with verizon to correct the mobile to mobile to work together.

Everytime i called to talk to jerome, nobody knew who he was, or he "just went to lunch" 13 different "supervisors" were supposed to call me back... Never did happen.

A girl named christine looked at my bill and said that alot of work had to be done i held 15 minuets while she went over the bill and she told me that i was supposed to be credited $978.58. She was going to sit down with jerome the supervisor and go over it with him.

I never got a hold of her again. And i had 4 different work orders filled out on it. And for every different work order four supervisors are supposed to look at it before it is closed. And they all said that they are not allowed to write off that much.

So 12 different supervisors said that they couldn't write that much of an amount off. So who can!?!?!? So the collection agency was calling me everyday to collect and threatening to send me to my trw credit company.

So i decided to put the whole amount on my credit card yesterday and talked to a supervisor for the collection department and he told me that they don't ever send out to trw.

So in other words i was threatened with my credit to get them paid. And now that it is paid they will never try to settle my mobile to mobile, so i payed for their 17 year old salemans mistake, who should have been trained better. And for the supervisors not being able to write off what i'm not suppossed to pay.

They just want there money, and don't care about "customer service" nobody should even consider signing up with mci. Sorry to ramble on and on, but i just have had alot of problems and nobody to help me.

I filed with the consumer protection agency and they seemed to have alot of complaints about them. Thank you, if anybody has any information please write to me at [email protected]
