We sent our tv their to be repaired. 1 week later Bill Hawkins (Owner) calls us to tell us the tv is working fine, and its $124.00 that we owe because he dusted out the tv. He did this without calling and asking us if it was okay to dust the tv out for that amount.
We bring the tv home, that same day its still broken, never been fixed, and still dusty inside!
When asked for out money back, he replies..."Good luck" laughed and hung up on. So not EVER use this guy. We just filled for court against him today.
