Pardo Electronic Cigarettes
Ordered free trial, charged $9.95 immediately, sent it back, charged $149.90,3 days later charged $149.90 again

I ordered the free trial for pardo electronic cigarettes and i was charged $9.95 immediately. I sent it back with in the allotted time period in order to get a refund and was told i would get back all but a 30% restocking fee, in other words i would get back $104.93, in stead 3 days later i am being charged yet another $149.90. I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone and they show no email address on their web site.
