I'm an existing member with cricket wireless. I've had to replace 3 phones. This fourth phone i only bought cause i was assured a credit to my account. So, being led to believe i could use the extra money to purchase a phone rather than switching carriers i bought a phone only to find out there was no credit toward account. After speaking to several customer service reps overseas whom could not understand the situation and i had to repeatedly explain no resolution came of it. Reps were dismissive of my concerns and somewhat rude and when asked to be transferred to a supervisor was given the run around plus they would not transfer to someone in the U.S. But the worst part of it is when the supervisor came to the phone all she could say was u were misinformed if u want to talk to somebody else callback and was somewhat reluctant to providing me contact info to take my complaint passed her level. I am very easy going and have never been more frustrated with anyone in my life. Needless to say i'm switching carriers.
