The only path to obtain something achieved with Nikon customer support is whenever you begin shouting and challenging to talk to a boss. I've possibly spoken to in regards to a dozen repetitions and been guaranteed 2 dozen emails to solve my problem. At this time my camera is resting in my own postoffice and that I can't choose it-up since Nikon can't provide me the following range they have be informing me they'll reach me for that previous week. Our 7-10 business-day fix has converted into 2 weeks and checking without my camera with lots of tension. The corporation is horrible and that I want I never bought their item. Steer clear!
