I requested and taken care of a TI-84 Plus calculator on 30 January - the web site plainly claims they deliver daily to Australia which shipping period is 6 to 10 times.
I'm now-24 times down the road and my mail to mark@ usedcalculators.com (delivered on 17th February to check into the standing of my purchase) remains unanswered.
