Our 22" LCD Monitor Design 2210LW went negative after only 10 weeks. I follwed the complex procedure to deliver it back at my cost towards the Westinghouse Service-Center for restoration or alternative. After many weeks I eventually return a check that's not just not the main one I submitted (confirmed by examining sequential number), but it's no longer working and contains a lot of scores about the display that even when it did I'd not need to utilize it.
I sent them a check that I got exemplary treatment of for that really small amount of time we'd it, which is what I return. I'm out the delivery and insurance, the price (239 duty) of the check and today I'll have to spend to possess it recycled. Personally I think that Westinghouse owes me a functional LCD monitor within the same form by which it had been delivered.
