On Nov. 6 I joined a StoresOnline advertising program. I had been provided a Payoff Discount to get a MP3-Player because none were offered at the assembly. I had been provided a payoff signal that was joined within their program.By 01/22 I've not observed or obtained any mp3player. I believe it was a fraud to obtain individuals to subscribe to StoresOnline without supplying the MP3 as guaranteed.
