Ordered one for $399. Sent & charged my VISA for two. Called, e-mailed, sent one back. No refund. Las Vegas

I shopped the internet for ozone generators (special electronic air purifier), and found a good source. I even called them with several questions and was courteously helped.
I ordered one at $399. They separately shipped two and charged my VISA twice. I thought it was an oversight, called them and Mike told me to send the second one back for a full refund including shiping.
I did that. No refund. I've called and e-mailed, each time receiving an apology and a promise.
Now, months later, I can't get through to anyone - perhaps they've closed?
If you find them, I strongly advise you not order their products.
