I ordered a camera accessory at a greatly reduced advertised price. Within several days of ordering item the company contacted me and said that the product was damaged in route and that they were filing an insurance claim. They did not agree to resend the product, instead simply canceling the order. I found it odd the way the company worded the notification and was suspitious that the item had not been damaged as reported but I reordered the product. Several days later I received a second notice stating that the item could not be delivered.
