All of the designs and drawings are very similar for the modular space connection which designers have been working on for several years. Now the patent attorney in Tampa, Florida has submitted to the patent office a drawing and scematic which is almost identical to the work that engineering has worked on for over 6 years.
The PATENT APPLICATION # 473823.435 has be tentatively approved and will conflict with our unique design. This is a blatant attempt at Patent, Trademark and Copyright Infringement.
The Electronics Manufacuring Association has ground rules prohibiting copies of existing drawings and the approval under Internation Patent Protocol has given the governing body the right to refuse to file any similar drawings.
European approval has been granted under DEUTCHE INDUSTRIE NORM (DIN) and any attempt to start production will be met with stop orders in the Academy of Science and Technology. All filings were in accordance with international protocol and filed in the Academie Technolique de Francaise, Rue de Martin, Arridissement #3, Paris, Republique Francaise.
New modular Space Connectors are being redesigned to meet international norms and any attempt at infringement will be chalenged at the technology conference in 2010. This shows the transparent infringement case that has been active and disputed for several years.
