Palco telecom may be the approved repair-service for NOKIa.
They neglect to do anything-but deliver faulty devices back.
1 delivered my unique phone-in and all-they did was a reset (must of required them 2 mins to complete if that).
After i approached NOKIa they explained the telephone will be set this time around therefore ont below term i delivered back the telephone plus they than decided they mightnot repair the telephone and delivered an upgraded (why they didn't discover this the very first time is just a secret).
Alternative cellphone same issue, got delivered back another alternative telephone and so forth.
Whole of 6 times looking to get the telephone set before i declined the final one they delivered.
The final one i received was damaged! The show was damaged, lacking the rear address and also the keyboard was free. (hours wasted speaking with nokia they might careless).
Emails and calls to palco went unanswered.
Appears they're only takin nokiais cash for repairs they do not do.
I wouldnt trust them.
Just positive thing is the fact that I had beennot spending money on these supposed repairs, minus shipping.
I'm currently expecting a brand new nokia cellphone but wont hold my breathe.
