I purchased an HP laptop battery which arrived but only reports charging a little more than 50%. When I tried to contact the company the reported phone number (718-218-8810) no longer exists

I purchased an HP laptop battery which arrived but only reports charging a little more than 50%. When I tried to contact the company the reported phone number (718-218-8810) no longer exists. Neither can I locate any web page or way to contact this company.
