I purchased the Canon Elura40MC digital video cam. I sent the original seals, stickers, slips meeting all requirements on March 28 - certified mail. I receive a mid-month call (every month) from Greg Collin (866-865-7815 X-2245) indicating the "checks in the mail." It's going on month #4 and no money but I'm sure I'll get another call. I wrote Canon USA regarding their rebate program. I received no response. The Federal Trade Commission is next. Think of a good on Greg. They'll have YOUR number.
