7/20/09 I purchased 3 sprint telephones in the Kiosks stop situated within Mike's Membership on Great Ave in Gurnee, IL. Yuri (Kiosks repetition) highly inspired me to purchase the phones today & get insurance about the telephones. I paid $125.20 for inches protection on a single of the Rim devices. I delivered to Mike's Membership on 7/28/09 to come back the telephones & stop the plan. I had been unable to do that since the Kiosks was no further there. Mike's membership mgr not so useful m helping me, its associate, watts attempting to find new area of the Kiosks. They kept stating they weren't liable - however the are given that they permit the Kiosks to lease room within their shop
Yuri (Kiosks repetition) really misleading. But Yuri (Kiosks repetition) had me signal the another digital agreement (such as the types you signal for digital charge card bills. He mentioned it was just like the Run document agreement.) I browse the agreement before I closed. No-where on the website did I observe that the Store did cost for results. After I closed the digital swiper, I had been provided a document print-out - at the conclusion of the 6 site receipt, it stated "along with the conditions & conditions explained about the back of my revenue receipt, I also accept spend the Store $200 for every phone obtained that's not constantly operating for 3 months following the unique purchase day & isn't delivered towards the Store." I have been trick by both Kiosks & Mike Groups. Mike's membership wont consider responsibility for this whatsoever. They permitted the Kiosks organization to market telephones at their places. They must be conscious of the exercise of the seller the permit to market items on the home! Plus they ought to be held responsible.
I'm currently destined to some 2yr agreement that I can't afford since I've no knowlegde of where you can return these products.
