Bestbuy - absolute worst customer support!!! I applied my benefits to buy some products at Bestbuy and delivered the things 24 hours later since I have had bought the incorrect thing. I had been informed that I'd get my benefits money-back within a few months within the email. It's been nearly 24 months but still hasn't obtained my $220 in benefits back. I have named the Benefits program office & have voiced to many of the brokers including administrators... I obtain the same tale each time, that they can look after it and certainly will deliver the benefits back. Nearly 24 months later, I am still calling them to inform them exactly the same tale with no benefits. I have quit about the benefits cash AND CERTAINLY WILL NEVER RETURN TO BESTBUY.
