Bought a high end PC from CyberpowerPC, upon arriving it begins to instantly have a problem where it powered down and then restart. After several emails to cyberpowerpc finally got a response asking me a few questions about what might be occurring. I returned that email almost immediately describing the problem and requesting assistance, I then sent another email and another.
This has gone on for months, sometimes taking 2 weeks or more to receive a response, and I keep emailing and emailing trying to get something done to fix my computer. Now they want me to pay for the return shipping to have the computer repaired because it is past the 30 days of purchase though I reported the problem well in advance of the 30 days. They have just drug out the process and made it seem they just want me to go away.
This has been the WORSE experience I have ever had when dealing with a purchase of a computer. I recommend to everyone NOT to buy from them it will just be a headache from beginning to end.
