Sportsman 4000 Generator Stopped Generating Power After Two Uses

My Sportsman 4000 generator stopped running and will not generate any power. It had been used twice when the failure occurred. I purchased it from Home Depot online, and they do not really want to help. We have an RMA from the manufacturer, Buffalo Tools. We are now waiting another 24 to 72 hours to find out whether they will honor the RMA.
