Purchased a StreetPilot C340 a few years back. Lately compensated over $50 for that dvd with chart revisions. While installing towards the GPS, I acquired a mistake - and contains destroyed all the routes which were about the GPS. Looking to get customer support from their store is just a laugh! All-they do is react with another thing to test. I've requested them in each e-mail - cannot I simply send it directly into you? I did cope with about the telephone once, and somebody recorded onto my Computer, looked over the dvd, attempted to operate it herself, etc. As well as he did not understand why it had beennot working
All I do want to do is deliver the system, combined with the dvd, into them-and allow them repair it. But no, they simply demand on contacting me "options" to test. We have tried it all & actually their individual tried it. I'll never purchase among their goods again.
