False promises, does not deliver, breach of contract, company makes money on restocking fees and shipping

This company makes false promises... Mis-represented thier product, their company and ability to deliver.
They breached a contract and they scam people on shipping costs and re-stocking fees.
They promise to provide technical support, but then after the sale do not provide any support.
My customers all complain about the VMU not working and gives false readings.
The owner, Alex Sardo is constantly changing his policies and is very difficult to work with.
Lacks integrity and can not honor a contract.
