INPHONIC/TMOBILE Offer a good rate plan with all the options we needed, however we can't get a signal and when we do get a signal it is weak and drops calls. Less than 2 miles from the house there is no signal.
What is the point of having free roaming if you can't get any signal. We sent a complaint to customer relations and they claim to respond within 24 hrs, but 24 hrs later still no response.
We asked for a number within our area code but we get a long distance area code. WE wanted a two phone plan and they ship one phone at a time. We receive a broken phone and made arrangements to switch phone, we received the new phone but no return label for the other phone as promised.
We call the number given and get in a loop on their phone system which keeps bringing us to the main menu. We can't return or cancel because it has been more than 3 days, but it took 3 weeks to get both phones activated and working.
It has been a mess and nobody wants to reply to our email and we don't have all day to play phone games. We even asked before we bought the phone how the signal would be in our area and they said they've never had any complaints. Well, I'm complaining!!!
