I'm am disappointed with the service that Asurion has to offer. I was walking the 20 mile Walk for Hunger in Boston Ma May 3, after dropping my phone in a puddle on Sunday May 3. I immediately called Asurion for a replacement CS stated to me I needed to fax over the doc's so I did. I re-faxed due to my dismay Mon, Tue and Wed due to poor communication with Customer service now Thursday the 7th of May they still have not received any documentation of my faxes. I am so Irate after asking for another fax number or email address customer service stated that there was no other way of getting the documents to Asurion only this 1-888-832-0511. This is now 3 days with out my phone I have a business to run and now I am loosing business due to poor service on there end.
