Without my permission, and without my knowing or even wanting it, they added NFL Sunday Ticket to my account, and are now demanding payment for NFL or they will discontinue my service. After calling them and writing them about this problem, I got my direct tv bill for this month telling me to pay for NFL or get disconnected...
This is not my first problem with Direct TV, and I'm sure it will not be my last. I decided this was the last straw and called a different satellite TV service. No more Direct TV... I will never use their service again. Seems to me the only thing they understand is money, so I say to all other dissatisfied customers... Take your money elsewhere.
