I noticed a charge in my bank account that seemed suspicious. I looked up the name of the company (GD Starlight PDAs) online and found their website. I also found other consumer complaints of the same thing happening to other people. This company sells Windows Mobile themes for PDA phones. I do not own a PDA phone, nor have I ever owned a PDA phone. I do not use Windows Mobile. This company fradulently charged me for something I did not purchase. My bank was able to issue me a new card and remove the charge from my account.
