Poor quality in product & service

I bought a Electrolux Oxygen3 February.in January the remaining wheel broke down. I got it set for warranty repairs. It required 2 months to correct and several really annoying telephone calls to obtain it back. I'd to buy an inferior device to obtain me by while that one had been fixed. After I got the system back the wheel was really tight and didn't transfer as quickly whilst the correct wheel and also the retrackable wire no further worked properly. I had been so discouraged at this time and didn't wish to go in for repairs again. Today the exact same wheel has shattered again within the same manner as before which is just-out of guarantee.

The shop in New Iberia has got the lowest customer support I've actually experienced! Adrain (among the supervisors) claims he'll consider how he is able to assist after which he never returns calls. I'm usually placed on store for 15-20 minutes every time I contact. 99% of the sales agents within this shop are extremely rude. I'll NEVER buy something from Connis again and that I may motivate everybody I interact with to complete also.
