Charged differently. Waited months and not ship-out. After cancellation no credit back

I purchased a 32" Sharpe LCD HDTV (Aquos LC32GP3UB) on ProjectorExport.com (Order No. 283507). But the invoice price and the credit card price is different (869.00 - 949.00). Then because of back order (that's what they said) i waited for several months.

So finally i received a call from them saying that the TV was shipped back to their warehouse. I was so mad immediately canceled the whole thing. Several months later until today, i got nothing back from this company; can't even call (i always give up after 45 min.)
