Komp USA Group rip-off Dishonest Marketing Bad Customer Relations consumer fraud

On feb. 5 i won ebay auction on a super midsize tower with the following: 350w power supply, 256 mb sdram pc133 memory, 60gb maxtor or western ultra 100 hdd, cdrw 52x24x48x drive (cd burner), 256-bit 3d agp graphics accelerator w/64bb frame buffer, intel ac96 directsound w/yamaha swsynthesizer, 56k v. 90 fax voice modem, 10/100 network card ofr cable/dsl, 1.44 mb 3.5 samsung floppy drive, and motherboard for pentium 4 processor.

What i recived was a bare bones super midsize tower with1.44 mb 3.5 samsung floppy drive, and motherboard for pentium 4 processor.

Shipping was $79.00 and $10.00 for Insurance.
I also won on Feb. 5 another Ebay Auction from KompUSA for A BARE BONES SUPER Midsize Tower with1.44 MB 3.5 SAMSUNG FLOPPY DRIVE, MOTHERBOARD FOR PENTIUM 4 PROCESSOR and CD-OFFICE SUITE PROGRAM.

This one didn't have the cd-office suite program.

I am guilty of one thing, procrastination! I did not open the boxes and check the items when received until 3-24. I was working and did not think I was being ripped-off. I contacted KompUSA by Email and they called me back but said they could do nothing because 14 days.

So, i got ripped-off!
