Here's how you can fight Asurion and their corresponding cell phone companies. I know it will take lots of typing, work, copying etc, but it is worth it.

1) File a complaint with all 50 states attorney general's office.inform the other states that you do not live in, tell them you're filing this as a concerned consumer and you want your complaint onfile in the event that the particular state's residents are experiencing the same problems you're having. When the investigator sees that this is a interstate problem, the office will be more vigilant.

2) File a complaint with all 50 states insurance commission. Nform the other states that you do not live in, tell them you're filing this as a concerned consumer and you want your complaint onfile in the event that the particular state's residents are experiencing the same problems you're having. 3) Send a copy of your original complaint to your state attorney general's office and division of insurance office to all corresponding 49 etc, and with each state, send a copy of the complaint to the remaining 49, etc.

This way your complaint is on file. Reference this site and other complaint sites with the pertinent information or copy the complaints and send it to all agencies.

This will keep Asurion's legal staff busy in trying to respond to all complaints or decides to get their act together.

I did this last week and informed both parties including the SVP of Communications for Sprint that they ticked off the wrong person. After explaining what I have done to both companies and informed them of the domino effect of having both companies closing down and not being elgible for Obama's Stimulus Plan or the bailout. I think they are re-thinking how to correct how they treat their customers.
