Purchased software that did not perform as advertised. When called to complain they were indifferent and gave me a TS attitude. The software wasn't even marked for retail sale. It was a demo that gets thrown in with CD-ROM drives.
Emailed the customer satisfaction dept and never received a response. Beware of this retailer.
