In August I dropped off a CD Changer for repair (paid a deposit to clerk). The CD changer was never repaired, was never returned, a replacement was never provided, the deposit was never repaid.
I have called (dozens of times), I have been promised a return phone call every time (I received two). I have written and received a return letter with a $25.00 credit toward future purchases (I DON"T THINK SO!) and was told I would be able to get a replacement CD changer because mine had been "lost".
I have filed with the BBB, no response.
Kenny's took my CD Changer, took my deposit, and left me with a big fat zero.
