Being charged for movies not ordered

I have an issue with Comcast charging for movies we did NOT order. After doing some searching I found I am not alone. I am looking for anyone any where in the USA that has been charged for pay per views you didn't order. Even if you got a refund please let me know. Tell me your story. Thank you all in advance for your help.
