My wife and I have 2 seperate train collectables that we are active in with Hawthorne Village. I am collecting 1 that represents a major league baseball team and my wife has 1 that represents a famous singer. My wife only has the engine and I have 1 engine and 2 cars. Hey Hawthorne, that totals 1 piece for my wife and 3 for mine. As far as I know we are paided in full and we got a letter around the middle of last year stating that one of ours was on back order. It probably is my wife's 2nd piece of her collectable she is waiting on. How about sending us our order so we can pay on it when we get it, not send you to collections without getting the railcar or even sending us a letter.
The collection states the collection is for Hawthorne Architecture and I had to get on-line and google the name to even find out who this is. I was wondering who in the world I had at my house that I had owed any money to an architecture company. Here's an idea Hawthorne, how about making contact with your consumer before you file a collection against them but more important, quit sending me requests into buying some other collectables from you! Letter indicated the 7th of January when it was printed and here it is the 17th I just received it in the mail.
