He seemed like a nice guy and knew what he was talking about at first, so we took a dive and spend the 5000 to get the VOIP phone system set up. The phone system dropped calls all the time, and didn't work properly from the beginning. As many of you know, communication is essential for conducting any sort of business. We struggled for months with this system and he never responded to any phone calls or messages we left. When he did return a call (which was 1 out of 1000) he never helped us and just gave excuses... The switch over to his phone system cost the company thousands when it was supposed to help us!!! Finally, we got a new IT guy to come in and fix all the problems he originally set us up with! COMPLETE DISASTER is an understatement, do not waste your money with his services.
