Once sale took place it became impossible to reach our rep. We were told the system would be shipped the next day and be given tracking numbers. Only when we threatened to cancel the order (one week later) were we given tracking numbers. The system was not shipped for another three days.
Finally received the system; tech support is not available EVER. User friendly system is not. We are sitting with a system that cost us thousands of dollars and is unoperable.
After leaving countless messages for our rep we received a fax telling us to stop calling the toll free number, and to dial his voicemail directly our unreturned messages are costing their company to much money?
Tech support is only available upon appointment, appointments are not available for days. Our rep has been using foul language both in voicemails, and when he decides to crank call us.
Please DO NOT waste your time on this company. Our situation is still not resolved.
