Back in August of Allan Gregg was given $17,000 usd to use as a deposit on some iPhones he lied and said he had. When the deposit/money was given to him he turned around a couple of days later and told us that the company with the phones will not give us the phones or would not deal with us because of another name on the purchase order. We requested the refund and to this date we still have not received the balance of $14,000 usd.
This money is owed to a company/friend of ours in Houston, Tx. As of now we are preparing to serve him and sue him in a court of law. Hopefully within the next month.
Back in July Allan was asked to get prices/quote on some phones. Allan did this, we were given the price per phone however the end-purchaser did not go through with the deal. Allan had told us 10% deposit was required to get the phones to us.
When told this, Allan returned to inform us that there would be a re-stocking fee. A re-stocking fee? A deposit was never given to this man or the company. Therefore, why is there a re-stocking fee? All we wanted was a quote to begin with. Allan wants to use this as a crutch to try and compensate for the fact he is responsible for $14,000 usd. Given to him as a deposit on iPhones. It is comical to say the least.
Allan also wants to accuse us of costing him corporate accounts on an order placed by him back in Nov. Of 2007. What accounts? Did he have these accounts prior? Had he done business with these companies he is telling us about? This man continues with lies and cover-ups. We offered him phones that where to be coming in over-seas. I never received confirmation they were in the states. After about a week or so I pulled the order from my supplier and told him to forget it and just told Allan the truth as far as I knew what had happen or what the problem was.
On the other side of things however, Allan and his people did not do what was requested as far as paper work. The order placed was to be signed by the purchaser and stamped with a corporate of business seal, which he or his customer NEVER did to begin with.
Do NOT send this MAN ANY MONEY! That is my advice and this goes for electronics, jeans, clothes or whatever. Beleive it or not, there are some good, honest wholesalers out here-you just have to look.
