Express delivery center are crooks they will just rip you off! They sent an e-mail saying that they would sent us a free lap top just pay the shipping charge 28.95 the toy lap top which they didn't say toy was a piece of junk it did not work! My grand daughter was very upset, we gave it to her at christmas since it was a toy she is only four years just try to explain why santa would give a broken toy that can not be fixed. They need to be stopped!!
